Combining Two Documents in Word 2007
I discovered this neat little trick by chance last week, and figured I’d share, because someone else might find this handy. I have Word 2007, so I’m not completely certain how to do this in other versions. It looks like there may be instructions for Word 2003 here. So recently my editor asked for some minor tweaks on my first book, and I did them. It was only once I was finished that I realized I never asked her if she wanted the file with the tracked changes. And if she did, what could I do? I had a clean file for her. But I poked around the review tab in Word and discovered this shiny little trick.
